Terms & Conditions

PAYMENTS:

• All e-transfer payments should be made to payments@bmstudio.ca.
• To initiate the project, a 50% upfront payment is required. The remaining 50% will be collected upon completion of the final product. Invoices will be sent shortly after payment confirmation.

FOLLOW-UP:

• For all inquiries, please contact clients@bmstudio.ca, our main communication channel. Our business hours are Monday to Friday from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
  

REFUNDS POLICY:

• Full refund requests must be made during the initial meeting. Refunds cannot be provided for work that has already been developed. Any refund requests after the initial meeting, if applicable, will be calculated proportionally based on the remaining project tasks.

SOURCE FILES RELEASE:

• We retain the right to deliver the source files for all projects.
